By using Caden you agree to the rules below. Most of it is common sense — be 18 or over, don't share accounts, don't trade based purely on what you read here.
01Acceptance
By accessing or using agentcaden.com ("Caden", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The platform operates as a community resource and is not affiliated with any registered business entity.
02Financial disclaimer
All market analysis, directional bias signals, posts, and content published on Caden are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, an offer to buy or sell, or a recommendation to enter any position.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Caden. You confirm your age at registration.
04Account responsibilities
- Keep your username and password confidential.
- Provide accurate information when you register.
- Don't share your account with anyone or access another user's account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You're responsible for everything done under your account.
05Acceptable use
Don't use Caden to:
- Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Spam, shill tokens, or post unsolicited promotional material.
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts.
- Scrape, mass-extract, or republish data from the platform without permission.
- Impersonate other users, the team, or third parties.
- Distribute malware or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
06Your content
You retain ownership of the posts, replies, and analysis you publish on Caden. By posting, you grant Caden a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and store that content as needed to operate the platform.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we judge to be harmful to the community.
07Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete.
08Limitation of liability
Caden is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to trading losses — arising from your use of the platform.
09Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be highlighted at the top of this page. Continued use of Caden after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
