Caden Dashboard ("we", "us", "our") is a community platform operated at agentcaden.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, and how it is used.
02Data we collect and why
- Username — required to identify your account and display your identity across the platform.
- IP Address — collected to enforce security rules, detect abuse, and block malicious actors. Not shared publicly.
- Browser & Device Information — collected to display your last active session in your profile and assist with technical issue diagnosis.
- Last Seen Timestamp — used to display online/offline status and track unread content for your account.
- Login History — stored to allow review of account activity and to power anonymised platform analytics visible to administrators.
- Content You Post — threads, replies, and any other content you submit are stored to operate the community features of the platform.
03Cookies & sessions
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential to the operation of the platform and cannot be opted out of while using the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
04Data exports
You may request a copy of your personal data at any time via the Settings page. Data exports include your account information, activity history, and content. Exports are generated instantly and are not stored on our servers.
05Operational logs
We maintain internal security and activity logs for platform integrity purposes. These logs are accessible only to platform administrators and are not included in personal data exports.
06Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Account deletion is immediate and removes all associated data.
07Third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties. The platform uses Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection — Cloudflare may process request metadata such as IP addresses in accordance with their own privacy policy.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
